* Time measurement reimplemented (Until now a counter was added every second which accumulates to big differences. The changes does internally run in milliseconds now and uses the start time of the move,. Changes are downward compatible except of saved games. Since it was a heavy intervention it might come to strange bugs. Please report in case something is wrong...).

* Strikeout for unknown or excluded words game course shows (in challenge mode not until game end)
