I changed licence from CC (which doesn't suits for software) to GNU General Public License (GPL) v3.

Most important aspects are:

* The software is free for all its users. The GPL is intended to guarantee freedom to share and change free software.
* Commercial use is permitted.
* Program can be modified fo personal needs
* Source code have to available as well for changed versions
* All copies have to include same licence.

I recommend to distribute translation and dictionary under Creative Commons, Noncommercial.
